1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aury AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aury AI is an AI chat platform powered by AWS Bedrock (Claude). The Service allows users to:

• Have conversations with AI language models
• Save and manage conversation history
• Share conversations with others via public links
• Upload files and images for AI analysis

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Service to:

• Ask questions and get information
• Write, code, analyze, and create content
• Learn new topics and skills
• Conduct research and analysis

5. Prohibited Activities

• Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Creating content that constitutes hate speech based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or other characteristics
• Generating sexually explicit content involving minors
• Attempting to bypass usage limits or rate limiting
• Using the Service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Using automated scripts to abuse the API beyond normal usage
• Impersonating other users or Aury AI staff
• Using the Service to generate malware, viruses, or harmful code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you provide (your prompts and inputs). You grant Aury AI a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

AI Output: Content generated by the AI is provided for your use. However, AI-generated content may not be fully protected by copyright in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of AI-generated content before use.

Service IP: The Aury AI platform, code, design, and branding are owned by Aury AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the Service or its users
• Any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email when significant changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
